FAQs

IS IT REQUIRED THAT OUR PERSONNEL DIRECTLY PARTICIPATE IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF YOUR SERVICES?

It is not mandatory. However, client involvement has a number of benefits, including, but not limited to, a) knowledge transfer, b) project cost management, c) valuable first-hand knowledge about your business, and d) improves the likelihood that outcomes will be embraced and implemented by executive management.

WHY DO YOU RELY ON ALLIANCE PARTNERS TO ASSIST IN STAFFING YOUR PROJECTS RATHER THAN USING YOUR OWN STAFF?

We keep our staff small for a number of practical reasons. a) The client always deals with a principal, b) our fees reflect lower overhead as compared with other firms, c) we can be more responsive as each client represents the majority of our work at the time, d) clients always work with experienced consultants – we are not a training ground for newly-minted consultants, e) we need you as much as you need us, f) we can construct the best team for each client by drawing on most experienced personnel from our alliance partners, and g) it's about results and value, not size and quantity.

WILL YOU TEACH US THE TECHNIQUES THAT ARE USED TO IMPROVE OUR PERFORMANCE?

Part of our differentiated service offering is knowledge transfer that will allow clients to continue improving performance without reliance on expensive external resources. However, we will always be available to offer the benefit of our expertise for new and/or expanded projects.
